Since that time, I have been in contact with each of the vendors listed on this website. I am happy to say they have all survived and are now doing business again.
The buildings of St Thomas may have been damaged and some destroyed but the people are still strong as ever.
They have and are rebuilding. Beaches are open, restaurants are open and serving fantastic food. Wedding venues are ready.

Hint:Always, always have travel insurance when planning your wedding.
Your tropical wedding is too important not to take precautions. The past couple months with hurricanes Irma and Maria has proven this to be true.
St Thomas and all of the U S Virgin Islands are rebounding fast and signs of the hurricanes will be less and less as the days go on. By the time you charter your trip and plan your beach wedding most signs of the hurricane will be gone.
But had you shceduled your wedding during the hurricanes would you have had travel insurance?
